Hi! I’m Sarah-Kate, an Ivy League trained board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an expertise in preventative healthcare. I’ve worked with everyone from high stressed professionals (on their mental health) in NYC to award winning actors in LA (on their diet and fitness), and much more in between. What I love to do is distill my broad experience into simple actionable takeaways for you.

The truth is, I can only see a handful of patients per day in practice and this platform enables me to spread my advice far and wide around the world - helping those looking to get the most out of life.

Sarah-Kate earned an undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from California Polytechnic University before moving to New York City to earn a second undergraduate degree in Nursing from New York University.  She then worked as a Registered Nurse in Manhattan alongside the country's top physicians to provide both medical and aesthetic care.

After working as a Registered Nurse, Sarah-Kate obtained her graduate degree from Columbia University's Family Nurse Practitioner program. After graduating from Columbia and achieving board certification, she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a primary care private practice off of Wall Street in Manhattan. As a primary care provider, she managed the entire spectrum of acute and chronic diseases from arguably the most culturally diverse, high-pressured, and over-worked population in the country. She then relocated to Los Angeles where she worked with high profile patients at an internal medicine private practice off of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, as well as at a women's health private practice in Santa Monica. Now back in New York, she worked for a women's health startup before taking time away from practice to spend time with her new baby boy Perry and daughter Violet.

Sarah-Kate considers nutrition and exercise to be the basis of well-being and is a strong advocate for daily physical activity and maintaining a healthy diet. She follows her own advice by exercising daily and following a minimally processed food diet.
